Lease Agreement Management: A New Level of Land Plot Visualization

During document management related to the land bank, difficulties often arise due to the complexity of data filtering, inappropriate visualization of plots, partial processing of information, etc. In this regard, there is a need to form lists of cadastral plots by individual characteristics. To solve these problems and expand the functionality of the Soft.Farm web service, our team has developed a new module "Lists". Thanks to it, users receive a number of advantages, namely the ability to independently form catalogs using a non-standard set of filters and edit them at their own discretion at any time, regardless of the data downloaded from the registers.

During the work, various requests are received from system users. “Please tell me, is it planned to add a function for exporting data by list or COATOU?”. “We have several enterprises, and we have repeatedly encountered the need to demonstrate to the management all the plots that we rent, regardless of sublease and terms of contracts. So that when selecting for a certain tenant, all the plots that are rented are highlighted in the same color.” Or “there is a task: we need to make a list of landlords who were at the meeting and insist on certain terms of the contracts… we want to select them, see where the plots are located, what is the lease term… how can this be implemented so that in six months we can remember who was at the meeting? The question is not in the time range, but in selecting plots according to some of our own situational criteria.” And now there is a solution for all of them!

So, do you have a list of cadastral plots that you plan to process tomorrow? Do you want to record plots that have undergone changes on a specific date or by a certain number of Landlords? Create a list in the Soft.Farm system and forget about notes in a notebook. Just choose a color for coloring the contours and upload cadastral numbers manually or import from the list of available formats (.xls, .xlsx, .csv) - the plots will immediately be visualized on the map. The file structure can be any - the system will detect cadastral numbers and upload them. If the number is already in the account, it will be added to the list. It is convenient that when uploading a separate cadastral number, you can see the number of contracts created for it. New cadastral numbers are automatically added to both the list and the account.

You can create lists in several ways:

- using the Lists module;

- via the Lists tab on the detailed page of the cadastral plot (you can add one plot to an unlimited number of lists);

- by selecting a cadastral plot on the map.

If you need to update data for cadastral plots that are difficult to filter by the same characteristics, take advantage of the developed module. Export the created list and use it for further analysis. The newly created functionality will speed up work with the land bank, allowing you to quickly perform non-standard queries right in the Soft.Farm system.
